I
I have been dreaming of this day for so long, and yet multiple times almost talked myself out of it.
Not the workshop itself, I had planned, prepared, and poured myself into every detail of The Invisible Load Workshop.
I created a rose crystal centrepiece.
With a ring of tea lights, amongst rose petals which a had formed a ring around the crystal but also scattered across yoga mats and across each woman’s seat, my own silent, intentional welcome that said: you are worthy of all the beauty life can provide, especially in those moments when you finally choose to “let go”.
Three gorgeous women came.
Three extraordinary, courageous, quietly-exhausted women walked into the space I had built for them, for women exactly like them where they could sit down amongst the petals, and exhale.
And so did I.
As this dream, finally became a reality.
As I guided not only them, but also myself through the energetic changes within our nervous system we can feel when we step outside our own comfort zone.
For me, I had hosted, held many nursing education sessions, conferences and clinical discussions on the floor. But never in the space of wellness.
To come from a place of prevention, safety and compassion rather than acute intervention or crisis management.
I was very different.
The Hot Flush I Still Feel
Something, I do want you to know that as a woman who is now post menopause, who also happens to be an RN with thirty years of clinical experience…
I continue to experience hot flushes. One occurring right there, at the beginning of my own workshop.
The adrenaline.
The sympathetic surge.
As part of the delight in creating a feel, the energetics, excited for what was about to unfold.
The beautiful, chaotic biology of a woman who cares deeply about something, all of it showing up in my face, in my body, in the warmth that surged through me as I began to hold space for those four women.
I used to think that would be something to hide.
Evidence perhaps of my own vulnerability.
Or perhaps seen as not having it together.
But now I understand: this was my own incredible offering.
Because this is exactly what I am here to talk about.
To finally feel a body that reacts.
My nervous system surging
The biology that is not the malfunction that we have all be led to believe, but rather biology which sends a message.
So, I choose not to hide it.
I breathed, relaxed and focused on my offerings, through it.
And I kept going, turning the air conditioning down further…. We had to use blankets anyway for the yoga!
And suddenly I realised That this is Eternal Her.

What Actually Happened in That Room
I built the centrepiece around a beautiful chunk of rose crystal, my piece, chosen intentionally for the energy of compassion, the heart, feminine strength.
Around it, a ring of rose petals and tea lights.
It felt Soft. Sacred. Unapologetically beautiful.
Because I believe your wellness space should feel like something, become an expereince, rather than the clinical waiting room.
Its not a gym floor.
Not another Zoom call with a shared screen.
These are ceremony. The arrival.
The four women who came, I hope felt it.
I could see it in how they settled.
In the quality of silence before we began.
We talked our invisible load.
The weight of managing everything, our bodies, households, careers, relationships — while also trying to navigate a hormonal transition that medicine still largely under supports.
I wanted this to not be another wellness program.
I wanted this to become a homecoming.
My Vision for Eternal Her — And Why It Feels Different
I have been building Eternal Her for a while now.
Quietly.
Carefully.
Weaving together thirty years of clinical nursing expertise, ICU, emergency, surgical, pharmaceutical, with something that cannot be found in any textbook.
I had struggled with the image of wellness, and how easily it can be portrayed out of the bottle. Instagram able images of women appearing to hold a fast fix that would solve your problems, in 7 days.
My own journey, so loud in “silence” …
Isolating and almost forgotten, until my own body, mind and soul scream at me, to pay attention.
I hold a deep, bone-level understanding of what it means to be a woman in midlife who has been told her symptoms are normal, her exhaustion is expected, and her body is simply aging.
I had actually thought it myself….
I really didn’t need to be told it.
Until one day, I decided I didn’t want to feel that way deep down.
That somehow, I was carrying a load, far greater than I needed to, and was not mine to carry any longer.
I know the science.
I know the metabolic pathways, the hormone cascades, the difference between cortisol-driven depletion and insulin resistance masquerading as our fatigue.
I know how to read labs with clinical precision.
But I also know: this information alone will not heal us.
We need trends, time for articulation, consideration and reflection to see if what is being recommended is actually right for us.
Not just a doctor’s visit, a script or a PT session.
Not the 12-week training / diet challenge to see what works, and if you haven’t achieved these results something was wrong with YOU.
That YOU hadn’t worked hard enough, or you had eaten too much or cheated in some way!
But actually, what heals us is being witnessed.
Being held, not fixed.
Being seen as a whole woman, not a symptom checklist.
My vision for Eternal Her is a timely, authentic wellness experience.
One where you feel heard, seen, and felt as your true self.
Where your health is treated as the sacred thing it is.
Where your feminine spirit roams free, with grace, elegance, and with women beside you who understand.
A community where we learn, nourish, blossom and grow.
Where together we build your base.
Where together we cry, scream, and yell when we need to.
And then laugh, hug, and drink the best damn champagne we can find.
Because we are gorgeous.
We are so incredibly clever.
And we deserve to stop hiding behind our fears, our past rejections, our old interpretations of ourselves.
We were created to step into the light.

What Makes Eternal Her Different
I want to be honest with you about who I am and why I built this differently.
I am not a life coach.
I am not a wellness influencer.
I am a Registered Nurse with thirty-plus years of clinical experience who has also walked the perimenopause path herself, and found the existing support profoundly inadequate.
At Eternal Her, we blend Sacred Science with Feminine Wellness.
That means:
Clinical rigour — I understand your biology at a level most wellness practitioners cannot access. We look at metabolic health, nervous system regulation, hormonal cascades, and cellular energy — not just your symptoms.
Sacred space — We honour the feminine experience. We create ceremony, community, and room for the whole of you, not just the parts that are easy to measure.
Australian grounding — We are not trying to be American wellness. We move at a Southern Hemisphere rhythm, grounded, pragmatic, beautifully, unapologetically real.
Community above all — Because the women you sit beside in this work are part of the medicine.
Your Invitation
If you have been reading this and quietly nodding….
If something in you has whispered yes…..
If you are tired, not in the way that sleep fixes, but in the way that asks something deeper of you…
Then this is your invitation.
Come work with me.
Come into my space where your wellness is sacred, your biology is understood, and your becoming is celebrated.
I want to be the woman who holds your hand.
Who walks beside you in your journey.
Who elevates you along the way.
Would you take my hand?
